Electric Dental Tools
There are basically two types of powered dental tools, air-driven and electric. Electric tools provide more power than air-driven tools, allowing us to remove decay at a much faster pace. This is particularly helpful in rotary endodontic (root canal) procedures, and saves a great deal of time. Our patients also appreciate the extreme quiet of the electric tools; nobody seems to miss the whirring drill noise of traditional air-powered tools.
